• Company name (optional)
• Message content

We process the personal data in order to:
• Respond to inquiries via the contact form
• Provide the best possible service and follow-up
• Manage customer relationships


5. Basis of treatment


The processing of personal data is based on:
• Consent when submitting the contact form
• Legitimate interest in being able to respond to and follow up inquiries


6. Storage and deletion


• Personal data from the contact form is stored only on our email server
• We follow the following deletion procedures:
▪ General inquiries are deleted after 12 months
▪ Inquiries leading to customer relationships are archived in accordance with the Bookkeeping Act
▪ Regular review of email server every 6 months to ensure that outdated requests are deleted


7. Cookies (cookies)


We use PostHog for anonymous analysis of web traffic. This tool:
• Stores data only temporarily in the browser's memory (“memory persistence”)
• Processes data on servers within the EU
• Does not collect personally identifiable information
• Used only to improve the user experience on the website

You have the right to:
• Gain insight into what personal data we hold about you
• Require rectification or erasure of your personal data
• Require restriction of treatment
• Objecting to the treatment
• Receive the personal data in a structured format (data portability)

If you believe that our processing of personal data does not comply with this privacy statement or data protection legislation, you have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
